About
This unassisted product support site documents SMART Board MX and MX Pro series interactive displays, which are SMART’s most popular interactive display series.
The site includes a filter mechanism that customers can use to view content applicable to their specific versions of the SMART Board MX and MX Pro series. The filter remembers customers’ selection when they return to the site. The site also includes extensive illustrations and interactive features to assist customers with installing the displays, connecting them to computers and other devices, and using the displays key features.

About
Working closely with product managers at SMART, I designed a template and guidelines for all product specifications. I then leveraged single-sourcing technology to streamline the creation and maintenance of these specifications and ensure consistency across different products’ specifications.

This technical reference introduces new customers of SMART to critical information about cables and connectors they need when first installing their SMART products.
To make it easier for customers to identify specific cables and connectors, the reference includes extensive visuals.
The reference also includes a companion PDF guide translated into 17 languages.
